During this extended one-on-one session, we’ll:

  • Begin hand-on treatment when appropriate

After your evaluation, we’ll recommend a plan based on your goals, current limitations, lifestyle, and desired outcomes.

Most patients choose a structured package of 10, 15, or 20 sessions, allowing us to create meaningful change while providing the accountability and support needed to achieve lasting results.

Your sessions may include:

  • Manual therapy techniques (dry needling, cupping, joint mobilization, and soft tissue treatment when appropriate)
