Step 2: Your Initial Evaluation
This is your starting point. You’ll come in for a deep-dive session where we’ll:
Listen to your story
Do a thorough movement + systems assessment
Deep dive into your wellness (sleep, stress, hydration, etc.)
Begin hands-on treatment
Build a custom plan together
You’ll leave this session feeling seen, supported, and excited for what’s ahead.
Step 3: Follow-Up Sessions or Packages
Consistency creates change. Based on your evaluation, we’ll recommend a plan that fits your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Sessions focus on treatment, progress tracking, and skill-building to help you heal and thrive. Sessions will also include continued work towards your physical goals and wellness goals and will include exercise programming that is individualized to you.
We offer flexible options — from session-by-session visits to curated packages and payment plans — so you can choose what works best for you.
Step 4: Ongoing Support or Membership
Once you’ve completed your plan of care, many patients choose to stick around — not because they have to, but because they want to. Our memberships offer a more affordable way to maintain your wellness, to have individualized exercise programming, to keep progressing, and to catch small issues before they become big ones.
It’s like a wellness subscription that keeps your body moving and your goals in focus.
How we operate

Not local? Traveling? Busy parent or pro athlete?
We offer virtual sessions in select states that include:
1-on-1 expert support via video
Personalized exercise programming
Optional follow-up sessions to check in, progress, and adjust your plan
You’ll still feel cared for, connected, and fully supported — even from a distance. All sessions will address any physical goals you may have, but the sessions will also include a look into your wellness habits.
